Fanmix forumer outing

Really, it was fun while it lasted X3

A bunch of the Fanmix forumers from Singapore and Penang dropped by KL to go on an anime shopping spree. They were here from Saturday till Monday (yesterday), but I daresay they only managed to anime shop on the last day, when I took the courtesy to bring them around town.

At first on Sunday, I couldn't contact them at all, and was already past the verge of giving up and wanted to spend the day at Amcorp to visit Hisashi and Ezel. Time of decision making : around midnight (?) Then 'dear' Max called my hp at 3.oo am @w@ He's ssooo lucky I was still in front of the computer then, and not in bed or I would have skinned him alive <___< My hp ringing at volume 3 in the dark of the night without a SINGLE sound downright scared the living hell out of me. And I was forced to wake up early the next day to meet them by 8.30 am. And it's Labour Day's holiday. >____<

Told mum I was going out to have breakfast with them, met them at Bukit Bintang Monorail station on Monday morning. It's the first time I met them, I'm still quite shock that Xin Li is going 20 soon >___< I had always assumed that she was only....15+. We then went for breakfast at McD @w@ The irony of irony... I mean, to travel hundreds of miles here to have McD??? It's like Malaysia has no food in the city in the morning. Which is true, there isn't =_____=|| We then headed to KLCC to get tickets into the Twin Towers (DON'T ASK! I never suggested it) then dropped by Kinokuniya to pick up some mangas. You are my princess is nice, only I never expected it to be a BL manga due to the totally harmless title ^^; Once again, imagine kids begging to buy that particular manga, parents will start suing everybody.

Hoshi actually fell for my sarcastic remark that my dad owns Dynasty hotel *sweatdrop* His damn innocent yet blur look sent all of us into fits of laughter. And he kept reminding me that he's a guy <_< Thanks to the time in the forum when I was utterly shock to find out he's a guy ( who happens to squeel like a rabid fangirl online and raves on and on about Tenipuri ) We left Dynasty after they checked out and went back to KLCC, just in the nick of time to get to the towers. That, my friends, was the STOOOPIDEST thing we did in the entire day, and in my entire lifetime >__< I don't really see the point of queing up for ages, freezing to a degree that my sinus could freeze, going through all sorts of security procedures, listening to the guide who can't speak properly and has gender issues, for 10 minutes at the skybridge, then come back down again. 10 minutes!!! The nyooness. And believe me, there was nothing much to see either. Two towers, and all we got to inspect was the bridge....... wow.... talk about big time dissapointment.

I'm so glad we didn't actually have to PAY for that. I would have seriously kicked myself in the ass if I did. No wonder no locals ever go there, they don't give a hoot about it.

Next, we stopped by at Sg.Wang's Suncomic, and they totally splurged their money there. Heck, thats Singaporeans for you *laughs* I've yet to meet a scarier impuls spender compared to Roy. While Su Li practically bought the whole set of Spiral~ Suiri no Kizuna's manga x___X!! my member card was badly abused *lol* After parting with Madness and Max later on (they had to take the early bus back to Penang) the rest of us had a bite (my dinner+breakfast+lunch), and then headed to S&M. I was planning to ditch them there and get to Amcorp when mum called and nagged me to get home early, and I got myself into a small argument with her, lastly was forbidden to leave for Amcorp. Damnation. PJ isn't exactly that far you know *twitches*

But instead of going home, I decided to stay behind and accompany them till their bus arrived....an hour later than scheduled. Call it a form of rebellion, whatever X3 had loads of fun then, I'm surprised at how well we actually click ^^; They're about the most animated bunch of people around. Meaning to say it's easy to spot that they're anime freaks =3

Mum called again to make sure of my whereabouts, sarcastically asking how long I plan to have breakfast with them =___=||

You know, it's not like I see them everyday. It's not like I can just call them up and invite them somewhere to YamCha one of these days. It's not like I can just call them and have a nice chat either. They're a bunch of people I know that comes from faraway places and Coconuts knows when's the next time we might group up together again, so why can't she just make allowance for this ONE TIME? Dang.

At least, I have secured at least 6 places in Singapore to stay-over if I ever head to Singapore for a holiday, hopefully at the end of this year. Hoshi and Roy seems to be extremely interested in offering their places, those perverts *laughs*

Will post pics once it's uploaded ^^ll but that might be after a week or two. I have exams coming up soon, so this shall also be my last post for the month. jya matta na
